A burly woodsman whose home is on the outskirts of Mirkwood, Beorn is a skin-changer, a man with the power to adopt the form of the bear that he so uncannily resembles. Beorn is a mighty force for good, who will play an instrumental part in the rising struggle against the forces of evil.
